2. Note any changes in design, color or size.
3. Note any special requirements, i.e. backing, packaging, delivery, etc.
4. We will return a price quotation to you via phone, fax or email within 1 business day.

1. First sketch is complimentary with a confirmed order.
2. Sketches requested without a confirmed order are $50 each.
3. Sketch revisions are $35 each.

1. Pre-production samples are $150 each for all orders less than 1000 pieces and no charge for orders over 1000. Samples are mailed within two (2) weeks of a confirmed order.
2. An electronic sew-out is complimentary with a confirmed order and will be emailed within 7 to 10 days
3. Revisions to sew-outs are $25.00 each.

1. Normal delivery of product is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of final approval of artwork or sew-out.
2. RUSH service is available if required: add $100 for a 1 to 2 week delivery.
3. Product is delivered via UPS Ground Services from Chicago, IL.  UPS 2nd Day and Overnight delivery services are available upon request.
